In Loving Memory of Sophie

Hey, Sophie.

It has been exactly 2 years since you're gone.

=(

I missed you so much.

Looking back at all your pictures just makes me sad because all of it showed that you were clearly sick and old.

You were a good dog. A very good one.
I don't think I can find another one like you.

Even though most people said you were ugly as you had skin diseases and you were blind, but to me, you are the best.
You were obedient, smart and you were there to lick my tears (haha) when I needed someone.

You can think I'm biased, that it is unfair to my current dog and probably many other dogs to come, but it is the truth.
I wished that I had treated you better, gave you the life that I've been giving Lolly now.

I wished that I choose to put you to sleep instead of putting you through so much pain before you died.
That is something I really regret until now.
I will never forget the day you died in front of me.

I still think of you occasionally.
You just creep into my head and it makes me sad each time I do. =(

I am crying as I'm writing this.
(Lolly is with me now but she's too caught up with her bone to even realize that.)

I don't know where do dogs go after they die.
Do dogs have heaven?
If they do, I'm pretty sure you were in the list because
You ARE the world's best dog.

I hope that you are doing well.

ps, you would not understand this unless you loved a dog as much as I do.

Loving you forever & always,
Your 2nd owner.

Love Hurts

Disclaimer : I am not talking about myself. Just generally and from past experiences.
Me and Ken Yang are doing GREAT. Haha.

*I can't go any further than this...*

People always say, love hurts.
What's worst than that is one-sided love.

That is because you are busy hallucinating on your side while the other party is in fact, uninterested at all.

For example, the other party complimented you, let it be your hair, clothes or whatsoever. You would think that he/she is interested in you.
However, the truth is, he/she is probably being honest and have no other intention.
It was JUST A COMPLIMENT.

Do you know what is worse than that?

*broken heart*

When the other party was interested but somehow the feelings faded off.
This means, the other party showed signs of interested in you before then they just stopped responding.

You can't help yourself from wondering,"What happened?"
And you can't ask the other person because you wouldn't want to embarrass yourself.

The after-effect of all these things are even more damaging.

*It kills me to eat you*

For starters, the friendship is ruined.
This is because, you just can't face the other person like how you used to.
You can't even talk to the other person like before.
Things just automatically get awkward.

Some people who couldn't handle things properly would do things like deleting the other party's number/facebook/msn.

Or write their name on a voo-doo doll and stabs them. (Haha)

*I hate you! I hate you!*

Then, when they realized their mistake, they would add them back, which is actually kinda embarrassing because the other party knew that you were actually mad and deleted them.

It will also affect the people around you. If both of you hangs out together and some of your friends actually knew what happened, they would too, feel uncomfortable for what had happened.

Well, this is sad. =(

I have to admit, I hurt people that way before.
I wish I could say "Sorry".
I wish I could explain what happened but I was also afraid that the other person would say that I'm thinking too much.
(Yes, I admit my skin is terribly thin)

But I was also hurt before and I did not question the other party anything.
I was left hanging there...

But that doesn't stop me from falling in love again. =)

How did I get up?

Friends played a major role.
They gave me words of advice and we hang out often to keep my mind off things.

However, there were some friends who just couldn't keep secrets.
They betrayed me and just poured out everything I told them to other people, which was horrible and made things worse than they already were.
I don't know if their intention was to patch things up but it was just unethical.

Anyway, the main point is,

"Sometimes love comes around
And it knocks you down
Just get back up
When it knocks you down''.

- Keri Hilson : Knock You Down -

*You can always put a plaster on it*

=)

Have a nice day.

Assignments...

Assignments...

Don't everybody hates that???!

I do!

Are you like me where the lecturer gives you two weeks to complete that particular assignment and the first week was a holiday but you only start panicking the last 5 days but wouldn't move your bum to do it until the last 3 days?
(Yes, that's me. Haha.)

The main reason for this is simply because we procrastinate WAYYYY too much!!

*dog sleeping while studying - super cute*

What can we do to stop this from happening?

Number 1
Choose a quiet environment.
Don't do your assignment in a room full of noisy people or things.
Yes, "people", friends are great company but you will probably end up gossiping and go have lunch.
And your boyfriend or girlfriend are great lovers but you will probably go out for a movie date instead.
Studying in a secluded place allows you to focus all your energy on the assignment.
*focus... focus...*

Number 2
Eliminate things that may distract you.
For example, TV, internet connection, music, Wii, mobile phone...
(you get the drift, its your favourite things.)

Number 3
Don't procrastinate too long (like me) until you don't leave yourself a reasonable duration to finish the assignment.
You will get so stressed out and discouraged and would just crap your way throughout the whole assignment.
Then blame your lecturer for being too strict when you get a lousy grade.

Number 4
In the end, its your willpower that is utmost important.
If your willpower is weak, you will just automatically surrender yourself to the remote control (or anything).

Don't be like me.
(my assignment's due date is tomorrow! X.X)

Tee-hee!

ps, I have no idea what happened to Nerd Mode. =(

iPhone

iPhone is an over-rated phone.
(and that includes 2G, 3G, and 3GS)

Why did I say so?

Reason No. 1 :
Its the SAME OLD BLOODY design over and over again.
Gosh, aren't Apple more creative than this? At least add the variety of colours??
(They just want you to spend like another RM100 to buy the skin.)
Not only so, someone who owns an iPhone 2G can just proclaim that they are owning an iPhone 3GS.

Reason No. 2 :
The battery dies really fast, especially when you play the games.
Probably your old Game Boy last longer than this.

Reason No. 3 :
The camera is only 3 megapixel and do not have flash.
Seriously????

Reason No. 4 :
No stereo speakers.
Okay, this doesn't really bothers me but I'm just writing down all the possible reasons. Hehe.
(*edited* Thanks to the proof-reader, Ken Yang.)

Reason No. 5 :
All that and it cost you a BOMB.

*ka-boom!*

Based on all of the reasons above, just hand over your iPhone to ME already.
XP!
Tee-hee!

My Baby!

WUWUWU!

My baby is overniting at car service center today because its engine got problem. =(
It happened after I off the overdrive to overtake a car on the way home from university. Haha. The engine lights are on and the O/D off lights are blinking.

Called Ken Yang first. He don't know anything about it though.
Useless!!!!
Just joking!!!!
*lotsa hugs and kisses*
Hehe.

So I called Mom. Then she called the foremen regarding the problem and he ask her to ask me to turn off the air-conditioner.

Thus, me and Ken Yang have to enjoy the natural "cold" air at 3pm.
*brrrrrrrrrrrr*
NOT!

Anyway, hope you are OK tommorrow.......

.......my Myvi!

*Sorry I don't have your picture but I guess this will do!*
*Its a toy Beetle Convertible given by Ken Yang actually. Hehe.*

Confrontation is...

... NOT something that most of us practice.

Disagree?

Well, did you confront the moody faced staff in the shop giving you horrible services?
(What is your name? I want to see your manager!)

Did you confront the mute stranger who did not say "Excuse me" but pushes you instead?
(Excuse me? Can't you say "Excuse me"?)

Did you confront your siblings for being such a pain in the ass sometimes?
(B*tch!)

Did you confront your lecturer for saying "infailure goods" instead of "inferior goods", multiple times?
(Go take up English lessons please!)

Did you confront the person who grabbed your ass in the club and walked away?
(Wat the *tut*!)

Did you confront the uncle who asked you to take away your dog because he thinks your dog is harmful to his precious kid?
(Go lock your kid in the cage or build a private playground instead!)

Did you confront your friend who did something bad to you?
(F*ck you!)

I did not.

I think we do not practice confrontation as much as Westerners does. Most of us would rather talk to someone else about it after that. We would bottle all the anger inside of us and put on a fake smile but sometimes, there is only so much a human can take. We will eventually reach a point where we couldn't take it anymore and just explodes.

We have this perceptions that confrontation will create a scene and also damages relationships so we rather not do it.

Is that good? Well, who am I to judge when I practice the same thing? Haha.

Nevertheless, I lost some friendships because I was afraid of confrontation. I would rather ignore them than talking to them about it. To tell you the truth, I don't think I regretted it because there are just some friends who are not worth being friends with, not worth draining all your energy for being mad at them.
*unless they are sincerely sorry*

Friend comes and goes.
You make some, you lost some, and you kept some.

I'm glad I still have many. =)
(Right? I hope???)

Or I can always have Lolly!!!! Hehe.

*as though she was saying "huh? me?"*

Hehe!
Super cute!
